Sales Promotion Center’s phygital promoters, for JDE, went “Gold” at the Supermarket Awards 2021
We were honored to receive a “Gold” award by the market, at the Supermarket Awards 2021, for the pioneering “phygital promotion” program that we designed and implemented on behalf of Jacobs Douwe Egberts.
For the first time in Greece, consumers had the opportunity to communicate live and in real time with promoters, remotely but also safely; with the majority of consumers enjoying the digital communication experience.
In a specially designed activations, the interaction with the consumers took place in the physical store through an interactive screen, making the most of the digital technology, fully synching the physical aspect with the digital environment.
This further corroborates the digitalized BTL approach of Sales Promotion Center, which is considered, nowadays, a global market trend.
